Shipping & Returns

We keep it simple — if something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Products must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

Opened pouches can’t be returned — once GroRoot Pro is out in the world, we can’t guarantee its purity for someone else’s plants.

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number, and we’ll sort it fast.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Return shipping is at your expense, we don't cover it.
